Recently, the NFL's movement to move a claim brought by previous lead trainer Jon Gruden was denied by an adjudicator.
Not long later, the NFL pursued an authority choice to pursue the adjudicator's decision.
"The NFL has officially pursued a Nevada state court judge's decision denying the NFL's endeavors to move Jon Gruden's claim to mediation.
The state judge just this week gave her composed decision after orally giving it in May following court contentions," The Athletic journalist David Kaplan said.
Gruden sued the NFL after his messages containing bigot, chauvinist, and homophobic language were distributed last October.
